All participants—attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers—are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This applies to all venues, including in-person sessions, workshops, virtual environments, and social gatherings associated with AegisX Events.
Anyone engaging in these behaviors may be removed from the event without refund at the discretion of the organizers.
Threats or acts of violence.
Doxing (sharing personal information without consent).
Sexual language, jokes, or imagery.
Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention.
Sexist, racist, homophobic, or other discriminatory remarks.
Harassment through online platforms.
Disruptions during talks or sessions.
Personal insults, especially those related to identity or appearance.
Inappropriate photography or video recording.
Possession of weapons, alcohol, or illegal substances at event venues.
If you witness or experience a violation of this code, please notify event staff immediately. Our staff is trained to handle these situations with discretion and care. We will assist in any way we can, including contacting venue security or local authorities, providing escorts, or taking other steps to ensure your safety.
In-person: Find a team member (look for branded AegisX shirts).
Virtual events: Use the chat support function to report the issue.
If a participant is found to have violated this code of conduct before an event begins, AegisX Events reserves the right to deny entry or cancel their registration.
